Thanks! I honestly wish I could say it continued. Shortly after that my health was getting worse and I was sick all the time. Found out my iron and vitamin d were low. Last week I had a colonoscopy and got my diagnosis on Tuesday that I have Crohn's Disease. I haven't been to the gym in about a month, but have maintained my weight so far. Hoping once I get on meds that things will get better.
