Term: The PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on October 1st, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST), and
ends on October 31st, 2008 at 5 p.m., CST (“Term”).
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents, including the District of Columbia, who are above the age of majority in the state in which they reside at the time of entry and who had Internet access prior to September 30, 2008. Void in Puerto Rico, and where prohibited.
How To Enter: The registration page must be completely filled out to constitute an eligible entry. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per sweepstakes period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.
Prizes: Sponsor will award one (1) winner a PlayStation 3 80 GB system (Approximate Retail Value of prize: $399.99) and a Nintendo Wii system (Approximate Retail Value of prize: $249.99.00). Approximate retail value of complete prize package: $649.98. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Winner Selection: Potential winner(s) will be selected in a
random drawing on or about November 3, 2008, from among all eligible entries received throughout the Term. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. Potential winners will be contacted by e-mail and by phone to the e-mail address and phone number provided on the registration page.
