Thank you! I was out of printer ink and it's been costing me more to take my packages to the post office. I just got a 5 pack that was $79.95 - 20% off = $63.96. It gave me free shipping as well (think because the order was over $55). Anyway, each cartridge wound up only costing me $12.79!

I received my order in today's mail and it was missing one cartridge. I called their customer service 800# and the rep said they would ship the missing cartridge out today. Total hold time and talking to the rep was less than 2 minutes. Let's hope they pull through!
