My friend mentioned to me that she had a great recipe for oven baked chicken that you coat with crushed up fried onions (like you top green bean casserole with). Well, I decided to experiment.
I crushed up about 1 cup of those babies and mixed it with 1/2 cup flour, a little paprika, salt and pepper. I used this mixture to coat pork chops, and then baked them. They were SOOOOO good. My husband raved. I think this topping would be good on just about any baked meat.
