Soup Base or Hot Drink
1 14oz can of either beef broth or chicken broth
1 14.5 oz can of Peeled tomatoes with jalapeno peppers in tomatoe juice
1 8oz can of V8 juice
few splashes of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
dash of chipotle chile pepper (optional) and to your own taste.
2 tablespoons of white vinegar (this enhances the flavor you will not be able to taste the vinegar)
Simmer on back burner for "awhile'.
This soup base can be used either for cabbage soup
just add a half head of cabbage diced and a can of red kidney beans that have been drained.
mixed vegatable soup, if it is for mixed veggies then you can use frozen or canned mixed veggies.
