PROMOTION PERIOD. Promotion begins 12:01AM. ET on January 8, 2009 and
ends 11:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2009, when all entries must be received ("Promotion Period").
ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. This Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER. Complete and submit the entry form. Limit:
One entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about March 10, 2009 (the "Drawing Date"). Any potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be fifty-three (53) winners (one grand prize winner and fifty-two (52) first prize winners).
The grand prize is one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for three (3) nights at the Encantado Resort and Spa in Santa Fe, New Mexico, two (2) $250 airfare vouchers, two (2) 60-minute spa services per person and one (1) dinner for two at Terra Restaurant (not to exceed $150). The approximate retail value of the prize is $3,250, depending on exact itinerary.
The first prize is one (1) copy of Things Cooks Love by SLT and Marie Simmons, one (1) Valentine-themed (Hearts) Spatula and one (1) Aux Anysetiers du Roy Chocolate Fondue (either dark or milk) 7 oz size. The approximate retail value of each first prize is $66.00.
