The Visit Panama City – See The South Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 2/13/09 and
ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 3/24/09 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 25 or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.
To enter online, complete and submit the online Entry Form in its entirety. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on 3/24/09. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsors’ privacy policies.
Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day regardless if entrant has more than one email address or if more than one person uses the same email address. Although subsequent attempts to enter on a given day may be received, only the first entry received from a particular individual email account will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter in a given day will be disqualified.
GRAND PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: 6-days/5-nights trip for winner and up-to-three (3) guests to Panama City, Florida (ARV: $4,930.00). Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and up-to-three (3) guests from the major airport closest to the winner (as determined by Sponsors) to Panama City, Florida, (or ground transportation if Grand Prize winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Florida); deluxe accommodations in a gulf front two bedroom suite for five (5) nights (as determined by Sponsors), plus a car rental package for six (6) days while in Panama City.
Potential winner will be selected in a
random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted
on or about 4/14/09 under supervision of an independent judging organization (“judges”) whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified by mail and/or email.
