Spike’s Man Cave Sweepstakes, presented by I Love You Man (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, who, at the time of entry, are able and prepared to document that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age
and not a minor in their primary state of residence.

Entry period commences 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), February 25,

ends 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), March 22, 2009 (the "Entry Period"). One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be selected by Sponsor in a
random drawing from among all eligible entries
on or about March 25, 2009 (the “Drawing”). Limit one (1) prize per household.
