The BHG Nature’s Garden Birdbath Sweepstakes begins January 27, 2009, and
ends April 7, 2009. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm, C.T., on April 7, 2009.
ENTRY: Enter by submitting a completed online entry form.
LIMIT: One entry per household. No group entries.
ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsor, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.
WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZING:
On or about April 21, 2009, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under Sponsor’s supervision.
One (1) winner will receive a blue glazed birdbath, retail value $110. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or mail and the prize will be delivered approximately thirty (30) days from date of winner verification.
