Prizes will be awarded through a random drawing of all responses received. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. On or around June 8, 2009, 75 winners will be selected under the supervision of a third party, Palm Coast Data, whose decisions are final. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prizes are as follows:
25 First Prizes of Celebrate All-Purpose Bowls valued at $35 each;
25 Second Prizes of Tea Party Cookie Cutter Sets from Ann Clark Ltd., valued at $15 each;
25 Third Prizes of Country Sampler Anniversary Coffee Mugs valued at $10 each.
All respondents will also be entered into the $2,500 Cash Grand Prize giveaway drawing, which will be held on December 11, 2009.
One grand-prize winner will receive $2,500 cash.
Each winner will be obligated to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within 14 days of notification.
Taxes and additional shipping charges of prizes are the responsibility of the winners. No prize substitutions allowed. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
