Default Yummy Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
paprika, for garnish
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and cut lengthwise.

2.Remove yolks from eggs. In a medium bowl, mash the yolks and mix together with mayonnaise, onion, sweet pickle relish, horseradish and mustard.

3.With a fork or pastry bag, fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika, salt and pepper. Chill until serving.

They are also good if you use a little mayo, bacon bits, and ranch dressing!

I love deviled eggs!! Sometimes I mix in some bleu cheese. Mine have to have a big sprig of fresh cilantro plopped on top.

Yeahmarker

You did it Barb!!! Now I have to make these for tomorrow. I have the eggs cooked but hubby is making homemade rolls, hot cross buns, and bread so I have to stay out of his way for a while. That's OK with me!! I will play on the puter.
We have both already been in the Honey Baked Ham. I had forgotten how good those things are. A friend sent me a GC for Christmas.

Thanks Barb. I'll have to try these. I usually just mix mustard and paprika into the egg yolks. Only way I have ever made them, but I'm game to try something new.

I also add dill seasoning to my eggs, it gives them an unexpected, but nice twist!
