For fun, I decided to see what $200,000 would get you in various locations.(prize value)
Houston- 3/2 from 1800-2400 sq. ft in the city
Suburb- 3-4/2-2.5 from 1600-2400 sq ft.
San Francisco Bay Area
Cheapest was a 1200 sq ft 3/3 townhome in Concord for $310,000
Tampa, FL
Riverview- 4-3/2- 2000 sq. ft.
Denver
Cheapest was a 1700 sq ft 2/2 in Erie for $283,000
Phoenix
3/2 2300 sq ft in Surprise for $199,000
So what does this tell you- if you win and choose a location such as SF or Denver, you are going to have to pay out of pocket.

I'm entering for Houston, but my sis lives in Phoenix, so that would be good too, but I'd LOVE to be able to live in Tahoe. . .sooooo many choices (IF I win!) LOL
