"DIY’S SWEAT EQUITY CHALLENGE 2009"
How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on April 24, 2009 until 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 8, 2009 you may enter the DIY "Sweat Equity Challenge 2009 Sweepstakes" online by visiting the Do It Yourself Network website (
www.DIYnetwork.com) and completing the online entry form by providing your name, complete address, phone number and valid e-mail address (
limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address per day).
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older.
Prizes-
(A) Weekday Prizes: Thirty-two (32) Weekday Prize Winners (Monday through Friday), will each win one (1) gift card to The Home Depot with a value of $1,000.
(B) Weekly Prizes: Six (6) Weekly Winners will each win one (1) gift card to The Home Depot valued at $5,000.
(C) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win $75,000 in cash.
Drawing and Notification: Entrants for the weekday drawing only are encouraged to watch the television series "Sweat Equity" airing each weeknight (Monday through Friday) on DIY Network at 7:00 p.m. ET. A question will be appearing during each show, and viewers will then be asked to go online to enter the correct answer.
Only correct online answers will be considered eligible entries for the weekday drawing (hints given online). The thirty-two (32) Weekday Prize Winners (one (1) Weekday Prize Winner per weekday, Monday through Friday) will be selected in daily random drawings commencing on or about April 24, 2009, and continuing through and including June 8, 2009 from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the date immediately prior to the date designated for each applicable drawing. The six (6) Weekly Winners will be selected from all eligible entries on the following dates: May 4, 2009, May 11, 2009, May 18, 2009, May 25, 2009, June 1, 2009, and June 8, 2009. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about June 19, 2009 and will be contacted either in person or by overnight courier and phone within approximately seven (7) calendar days from the drawing. All non-winning entries from daily drawings and new eligible entries received daily will be considered for subsequent Weekday Prize, Weekly Prize, and Grand Prize drawings.
