Still no Game Wave for me. I contacted them and they gave me a shipping number, said somebody would look into it, etc. Nothing. People at my office have access to the UPS tracking system and they checked. According to them: it was packed, given an address and a tracking number but never left the bzz hive. So I emailed this info to them (since they apparantly couldn't find it themselves!) and they still have not responded to that email. Lovely... I am really upset because we paid for this system. Every month, we pay the credit cards in full. Hubby saw this charge, asked if it was legit, I said "yes" and he paid the balance. Not thinking: yes BUT we didn't get the system yet so hold off on that part of the charge. Sigh... Now we have no recourse. When I wrote my initial email to them so stating, I said that since it is paid for, I don't know what recourse I have but I am relying on their good name to remedy this situation by either returning the money or delivering the system and extending my time to file reports. (it is almost over!)
Any advice anybody? I'm so frustrated...
