David Chalian Apologizes For "Joke"

A "joke?" Who jokes about black people drowning? Apparently David Chalian does. According to Chalian's stereotype, all black people are poor and only black people live in New Orleans or in any area where hurricanes are frequent. That's not "stereotyping," "racial," or "bigoted" at all to Chalian, it's a "joke."

Marco Rubio (R-FL), who is slated to give the speech presenting Mitt Romney on Thursday night at the Republican National Convention, fired back at Democratic National Convention chairman Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, who said today that the Republican National Convention was racially pandering. “You can't just trot out a brown face or a Spanish surname and expect people are going to vote for your party or your candidate," Villaraigosa said.
