Gallup: Romney Holds Steady +7 Lead
Today's tracking poll from Gallup confirms that Romney has opened a consistent, and significant, lead in the race against President Obama. After dipping a point yesterday, the poll finds Romney again leading Obama by 7 points among likely voters, 52-45. Romney even leads by 3-points among registered voters, a sample which gives Democrats an advantage. The Gallup poll has been remarkably steady since Romney surged into the lead.

Obama Economy: Ohio Bleeds Private Jobs in September
The Obama Administration has been touting the supposed upturn in the economy by using the September national unemployment rate of 7.8%. Don’t tell that to the blue-collar workers of Ohio.

Obama Campaign Grilled on Lack of Second Term Plans
While the Obama campaign continues to demand that Mitt Romney spell out every aspect of every plan on every issue, Obama has demonstrated zero interest whatsoever in laying out his plans for the future.

An Open Letter to Obama Voters
On Nov. 4, 2008, millions gathered at the ballot box to prove, once and for all, that, in large measure, we as a nation have healed from our disgraceful, self-inflicted wounds of racial abuse, bias and division. That we could elect an African-American to lead the free world is indeed a very good thing. We just happened to elect the wrong African-American.

Will Bob Schieffer Ask Obama About China Donations?
CBS News's Bob Schieffer, who will moderate Monday's foreign policy debate, announced last week that China will be one of topics he will have President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney address. China is a particularly timely topic, given that a recent Government Accountability Institute (GAI) report that found Obama's campaign website may be vulnerable to foreign donations--and deliberately so.

Investors' Business Daily Struggles to Prop Up Obama in Polls
A walk through the RealClearPolitics average of polls is an exploration of parallel universes. This morning, the overall RCP average shows a tied race between Obama and Romney. While this itself is an ominous sign for Obama's chances at reelection, his actual standing is likely far weaker. Propping him up are a gaggle of polls, led by Investors' Business Daily, that are clinging to fantasies about Democrat turnout.
