Safe and Win (the “Promotion”) is open
only to legal residents of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void outside of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin and where prohibited. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”).
Timing: The Promotion begins on July 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and
ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game
play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the directions to
play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game. Additional Sweepstakes entries may be earned by engaging in one or all of the following:
a. Create an online AT&T account: During the Promotion Period, visit
www.att.com and follow the onscreen instructions to create an online AT&T account. Once you successfully complete the online account creation process you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that month and for every month following during the Promotion Period. If you already have an online AT&T account prior to registering for the Promotion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: Each person may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per month through this method, for up to a total of six (6) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
b. Use AT&T eBill: During the Promotion Period, visit
www.att.com and follow the onscreen instructions to use AT&T eBill. Once you successfully complete the eBill process you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that month and for every month following during the Promotion Period. If you already use AT&T eBill prior to registering for the Promotion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: Each person may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per month through this method, for up to a total of six (6) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
c. Use AT&T Automatic Payments: During the Promotion Period, visit
www.att.com and follow the onscreen instructions to use AT&T Automatic Payments. Once you successfully complete the Automatic Payments process you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for that month and for every month following during the Promotion Period. If you already use AT&T Automatic Payments prior to registering for the Promotion, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per month during the Promotion Period. Limit: Each person may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per month through this method, for up to a total of six (6) additional Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period.
Only online AT&T accounts, AT&T eBill, and AT&T Automatic Payment with a Qualifying AT&T Service Provider are eligible to participate through methods a, b, or c above. Qualifying AT&T Service Providers include AT&T Alabama, AT&T Arkansas, AT&T California, AT&T Connecticut, AT&T Florida, AT&T Georgia, AT&T Illinois, AT&T Indiana, AT&T Kansas, AT&T Kentucky, AT&T Louisiana, AT&T Michigan, AT&T Missouri, AT&T Mississippi, AT&T North Carolina, AT&T Nevada, AT&T Ohio, AT&T Oklahoma, AT&T South Carolina, AT&T Tennessee, AT&T Texas, and AT&T Wisconsin.
Limit: Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day through the Website and receive up to eighteen (18) bonus entries (3 per month), regardless of method or methods of entry, during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game:
Sweepstakes: Administrator will
randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner, from all eligible entries
on or around January 20, 2010.
Instant Win Game: Four hundred ninety-nine (499) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotion Period. For the First Prize there will be one (1) random, computer-generated winning time per day during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to
play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated.
Prizes:
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $15,000. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR (184) FIRST PRIZES (1 per day): A year long subscription to Lifelock (terms and conditions apply). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $99.
THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN (315) SECOND PRIZES: A 4GB AT&T Flash Drive. ARV: $20. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $39,516.
