Eligibility: My Coke Rewards One Billionth Code (the "Instant Win Game") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 13 years old or older and My Coke Rewards ("MCR") members at the time of entry.

Timing: The Instant Win Game will begin January 11, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), and will end once the billionth MCR code ("Code") has been entered. For the purposes of this Promotion, a week is defined as beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET each Monday and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET the following Sunday.

How to Enter a Code :
a. With Purchase: During the Promotion Period, purchase specially-marked packages with "My Coke Rewards" on caps, labeling or other packaging of selected Coca-Cola brands to obtain a Code. Locate the Code on the product package (on the cup, under cap, inside package, etc.), and visit www.mycokerewards.com to log in to your MCR Account ("Account"). If you are not already an MCR member, click on the Sign Up link and follow the instructions to register as a My Coke Rewards member. To become a member, you must have a unique valid email address. Accounts cannot be shared. After registering/logging in, credit the Code to your Account. If you enter the one billionth Code, you are the potential winner and will be notified.

b. Without Purchase: During the Promotion Period, visit www.mycokerewards.com and log in to your Account or follow the onscreen directions described above to become an MCR member. Then, click on the "My Coke Rewards One Billionth Code" Instant Win Game banner advertisement, and you will automatically proceed to a page with a link to these Official Rules. Click here for a free Code; the free Code will be displayed on screen, recorded in your Account history, and sent to you via email. Once you have obtained a free Code, credit it to your Account. For the purposes of this Instant Win Game only, a free Code is worth 3 alternate method of entry MCR Points ("AMOE MCR Points"). If you enter the one billionth Code, you are the potential winner and will be notified.

Limit: Each participant may enter Codes, with or without purchase, totaling no more than 120 MCR Points per week, including both regular MCR and AMOE MCR Points combined (as defined in paragraph 4) during the Promotion Period.

If you enter the billionth Code in the MCR program, you are the potential winner and will be notified approximately 2 weeks after the billionth Code is entered. In the event that 2 or more participants enter the one billionth Code at the same exact time, Administrator will conduct a random drawing to determine the potential winner. Prize will be fulfilled approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the conclusion of the Instant Win Game.

Prizes: 1 GRAND PRIZE: 10,000 MCR Points that winner can use to redeem items found in the MCR catalog. The approximate value of this prize ranges from $400 to $500.
