Are you talking about the Red Hat Society ladies. That idea has spread like wild fire. My next door neighbor started a chapter in this itty bitty place we live in. They've even appeared in an annual parade! I join them once in a while but they usually gather for lunch while I'm at work.

This group isn't the famous Red Hat Society. Just a group of friends who get all dressed up and go out to lunch.

I was a bit disappointed that the networks didn't show more of the ladies
and their hats during the derby. What I did see couldn't compare to
the ones MBB has. We really are in the spirit of the derby with our
choices.
