I know several people that ordered this 2 years ago and never got it and I recontacted them about 6 months ago and they said they'd send it out but all I ever got was spam and junk mail from them and their friends. Has anyone ever received it?
I think pueblo.gov used to have free copies.

I've sign up twice, but have never received it. It's really a shame, because I really wanted it!
