“TOOT & PUDDLE READ AND RIDE” SWEEPSTAKES
ELIGIBILITY
The “Toot & Puddle Read and Ride” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of one of the continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least 18 years of age as of April 1, 2010. CONTEST IS VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Only one (1) prize per household.
SCHEDULE
The Sweepstakes begins April 1, 2010 at 3:01am EDT/ 12:01am PDT and ends April 30, 2010 at 11:59pm EDT/ 8:59pm PDT. Entries must be received by 11:59pm EDT/ 8:59pm PDT on April 30, 2010.
HOW TO ENTER
Enter online by completing the on-line registration form on
www.tootandpuddle.com. You must submit all required data in order for the sweepstakes entry to be valid. You must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made prior to April 1, 2010. Limit one entry per person per day; except that you will automatically receive one additional entry when you “refer a friend” on the website, by entering at least one email address.
PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of an Amtrak Vacation Package of a three day / two night trip to Washington, DC. Prize includes four (4) coach-class round-trip double-occupancy Amtrak tickets to Washington, D.C.’s Union Station from the Amtrak station closest to the winner’s residence. If Amtrak determines the winner is not in proximity to an Amtrak station, coach class air transportation for four (4) will be provided in lieu of Amtrak train travel from the major airport nearest winner’s home to Washington, DC. All travel arrangements will be decided at Amtrak’s discretion. The prize also includes two (2) nights stay at the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel (or similar hotel), a visit to National Geographic Society headquarters and an Old Town Trolley Tour (sites may include Capitol Hill Parks, Constitution Gardens, Ford’s Theatre NHS, Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, National Mall, Thomas Jefferson Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Washington Monument, World War II Memorial) (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize must be redeemed and travel must be completed by May 15, 2011 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The rail transportation must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to travel commencement. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,000.
Five (5) First Prizes and Five (5) Second Prizes will be awarded. Each First Prize consists of a DVD “Toot & Puddle: I’ll Be Home for Christmas” (ARV is $19.95 each) and each Second Prize consists of a Toot & Puddle book (ARV is $3.99 each).
Winner Selection:
Random selection of the winners will occur on or about May 17, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone, email or express mail.The First and Second Prizes winners will be notified by phone, email or express mail.
Told my kids if we win, we have to have our photo on the Toot and Puddle website. They aren't sure if they want to win.
