Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 26, 2010
until 5:00 p.m. ET on August 23, 2010, you may enter the Home & Garden Television ("HGTV") Great Fall Fix-Up Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") by visiting the Home & Garden Television and completing the online entry form by providing your name, complete address, phone number (including area code) and valid e-mail address
(limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address per day).
Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.
Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win $75,000 in cash. Total value of the Grand Prize: $75,000.
Drawing and Notification
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a
random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 15, 2010 by Ritway Inc., an independent judging organization ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), and will be contacted either in person or by overnight courier and phone within approximately three (3) days of the drawing.
