Does anyone know the rules about articles online?

I've just stubled upon this site holdenhistory.com, could I just copy the technical
articles from the web site or do I need special permission?. I'm writing a project for school.

I looked at the site and didn't see the articles you mention. Usually you can cite a Web article, as long as you give credit to the author and provide a link to the article, as well as the date it was published.
