I got to be a hero today! At 6:30 this morning, I heard dogs barking outside. I looked out the window and saw an elderly woman being confronted by a german shepherd and a rottweiler. I ran downstairs, grabbed a push broom and went outside. I yelled and waved the broom until the dogs backed off and the woman was able to get back inside her house. I never knew I could move so quickly prior to having my morning coffee!
