i cant get it to accept the free shipping code. do you know what the limitations are on it?

  Sorry, Joyce, I don’t know. It worked for me on a couple baby items but did not work on a Hoover steam cleaner vacuum. You might have to play around with what you put in your cart or you could send an email to their customer service and ask about the restrictions.
