Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") commences at 6:00 p.m. (ET) on June 8, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on June 17, 2006.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States, at least 18 years of age and who have a current, valid United States driver's license at time of entry. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Limit one (1) entry per person or household. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one (1) entry, only the first online entry will count. Limit one (1) prize per person or household. Winner Notification: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected on or around June 21, 2006 and notified by telephone. MTVN will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner during the seventy-two (72) hour period following completion of selection.
Grand Prize (1). Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
(a) a 2007 Pontiac G6 Hardtop Convertible (the "Prize Vehicle"). Specific features and options included shall be at the sole discretion of General Motors Corporation.
The total approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Prize Vehicle is $32,250.
and
(b) A trip to the 2007 Movie Awards which includes (i) two front row (2) tickets to the 2007 Movie Awards, (ii) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") between an airport of MTVN's choice near Grand Prize Winner's residence and Los Angeles; (iii) hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest for two (2) nights in or around Los Angeles (one [1] room based on double occupancy). (iv) dinner for two (2) at an upscale LA restaurant. (other meals, telephone calls and other incidentals are not included); (v) roundtrip ground transfers for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest between airport and hotel and between the hotel and Movie Awards; (vi) a spa package for two and (vii) $500 spending cash (total) (the "Trip Prize"). The total approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Trip Prize is $5,100.
