    I just mailed mine back. It looks great online, but in person, not so pretty. The black cord is rather cheap, and one end pulled out of the clasp. If I really loved the heart, I’d just put it on another necklace, but it’s not so great. I’ve bought other pieces from SuperJeweler that I love, so will not let one disappointment stop me from buying from them again. The price is right and they ship quickly. Plus, their customer service is easy to deal with.

    Great price, but the black cord broke in 3 days, we used another gold chain we had, my wife loves the heart. Up grade black cord, almost lost heart when broke.
